The agent at workThe Chief is one Claude agent with five skills. A heartbeat checks open orders and printers every few minutes and wakes it when a decision is needed. Rules in code limit what it may do; agent prints are started by code, never by Claude. Names and files are hidden here.
Agent prints onCode starts them, never Claude, and only after a person confirms the bed is empty. So far: 0.

Last nightly reportEvery night the Chief writes the owner a short report. Code counts the facts; Claude writes them up with no tools. Only its summary shows here.
Partial day. No new orders were created today. 0 real orders and 4 simulated orders are active right now. The Chief ran once, made 3 tool calls and sent 1 message to a customer. There were no refusals or escalations. 3 tasks were done, but 4 are still open. No money moved, and no transfers are pending.
Authority limitsBuilt from the live config: the Chief's tools, the owner's rules and the network switch.
No payment tool: 13 tools, none moves money.
- Price by weight Price PLA and PETG by weight from the slicer grams a person entered: Rp1.500/g, unit price rounded up to Rp500
- Choose the production plan Choose the production plan within the customer's budget and the owner's rules
- Choose a ready printer Choose a ready printer once the customer has paid into escrow
- Ask the dispatcher to look Ask the code dispatcher to look at the print queue now (it cannot skip a gate)
- Ask the operator for tasks Ask the operator for filament changes and printer checks
- Message the customer Message the customer on their order page
- Ask a person when unsure Ask a person only when a number is missing or a rule needs the owner
- Ask for collect and QC Ask the operator to collect and QC a finished print
- Run heartbeat checkscode Heartbeat checks every 2 min: wakes the Chief when an order needs a decision
- Check transfers on Arccode Checks up to 5 escrow transfers on Arc per heartbeat; a mismatch becomes a question for a person
- Prints after a person empties the bedcode Starts prints only when a person confirmed the bed empty and the switch is on
- Release escrow after acceptancecode Release escrow to Kesuni after the customer accepts, if the policy allows
- Refund after rejectioncode Refund the customer after a rejection
- Does not approve QC or reprints Whether a print passes QC, and whether to reprint it: no QC tool, and the Chief's task tool refuses reprints: a person records QC and the customer accepts or rejects
- Does not judge printability Whether a design can be printed (size, supports, strength): no slicer or file access for the Chief: grams per unit come only from a person; the dispatcher (code) slices only an STL or OBJ in the order's one colour with the studio's presets…
- No materials beyond PLA and PETG Materials other than PLA and PETG: price_by_weight refuses when the spec is not PLA or PETG or the order text names another material (a keyword list, so a person double-checks)
- Does not run the printers Pausing or stopping a print, and emptying the bed: no printer control tool; the dispatcher (code, no Claude) queues a print only after a person confirmed the bed empty, once per confirmation, with the switch on
- Does not turn agent prints on Turning agent prints on or off: no tool for the switch: a person's name and confirmation on the Chief page
- No machines Kesuni does not run Machines Kesuni does not run: the Chief only picks among the studio's printers and the quotes people entered; partners only within the owner's rules
- Does not change prices or rules A price change after the plan is chosen, discounts, exceptions to the owner's rules: quotes close once a plan is chosen; the policy refuses exceptions until the owner approves
- Does not send funds Moving money: no payment tool: release and refund run in code after the customer decides
- Does not act on missing data Anything that rests on missing or stale data: a printer with no report in the last 2 minutes counts as offline; missing grams block pricing
- Does not settle disputesprompt only Complaints, disputes, legal and tax questions: the Chief is told to ask the owner; it has no tool to settle them
